Gender Justice & their sibling organization Gender Justice Action advance gender equity through the law, and through transformative advocacy and political action.

Four Stones Consulting works with Gender Justice in an ongoing role as a Senior Advisor providing internal organizational support in strategic plan implementation, staff retreat design & facilitation, department work planning and additional organizational develop projects. The work has included designing and facilitating staff retreats to translate the newly adopted strategic plan into organizational priorities, department goals, and cross-collaboration initiatives, developing and implementing department work plan tools, decision making and role clarity frameworks, and supporting ongoing implementation. In this role we also serve as a sounding board to leadership and work with other members of the leadership team to support aspects of organizational culture and structure.
