Strategic planning processes are designed to be straightforward, collaborative and cost effective. We also see strategy work as an opportunity to nurture culture with intentional staff, board and community engagement. Strategic planning is a dynamic process, and we design ours to include leave behind tools and approaches to help deepen practices for adaptive, responsive and forward thinking activation.

  • Resources

    We provide skilled consulting services for capital campaign and major fundraising initiatives. Capital, comprehensive and other major fundraising campaigns are huge opportunities for organizations to strengthen their donor foundation, organizational infrastructure and launch or catalyze major mission impact opportunities. We love major fundraising campaigns from the $15 million capital campaign project to the $2 million program expansion initiative and more.

  • Governance

    We have worked with lots of boards, including as board members and executive directors. We believe that intentional and inclusive board governance can be transformational for organizations and the individuals doing the work. We provide board assessments, board structure and governance model evaluation and design, board retreat design and facilitation, board governance training, Board Chair and Executive Director coaching and board goal setting and planning support.

  • Leadership

    Leadership is a practice and an ongoing journey. We provide thoughtful leadership coaching, development and ongoing support to leaders - broadly defined. From navigating constantly shifting environments and contexts, to organizational conflict, to decision making and role clarity, to transformative change and organizational growth and beyond, we design tailored coaching and facilitation engagements that help you navigate really hard stuff with tools, support, and experience. We provide 1:1 coaching sessions, group sessions with leadership teams or dyads, co-leadership coaching and support, leadership retreat design and facilitation.   • We take a dual approach to approaching sliding fee discounts - organizational budget size and organizations whose mission, leadership, and constituency are most impacted by systemic inequities. This is a work in progress. For now, we will discuss sliding fee scale options with all of our prospective clients and work with you to align our scope, fees and approach with your budget, financial realities, mission, leadership and constituencies. We strive to be paid equitably and to charge for services equitably with a systems and structures lens in our frame.
